Project Management

MTECH project managers supervise and maintain all phases of your project and the multitude of responsibilities from acceptance to close-out and fulfillment of the warranty period. The primary objectives of our project managers are to ensure the accuracy and quality of the work being installed in order to perform the work on budget and within the scheduled time frames.

MTECH’s Project Management Approach

Bringing together architect’s, engineer’s, and a variety of trades, Design/Build projects require a team approach. Our engineers work to ensure the owner’s project requirements are met along with a price vs. performance concept review to develop realistic budgets for the project. Some Design/Build advantages include single source contracting, faster turn-around, the accuracy of initial budget, fewer change orders, cost overruns, and overall timeliness of the project.

MTECH engineers will work side-by-side with your design and construction team to clarify and develop an understanding of the operational benefits of the project in a design/assist project. Our engineers will perform cost analysis and develop alternates based on price vs. performance evaluation accounting for and utilizing industry knowledge of installation, maintenance, and operating costs over the life of the equipment. Our goal is to help deliver the maximum value for each proposed mechanical asset.

Project managers develop and manage the mechanical scope of work making them key players in the overall cost control, design, construction, and commissioning of a project. An integrated delivery approach is a collaborative effort in the design and planning phases allowing for each party to develop an understanding of the unique needs of each project.
